Sheffield Digital Campus is a large scale, city centre, office campus scheme situated immediately opposite Sheffield Railway Station.
This three phase scheme is being developed in partnership with Valad Property Group, Yorkshire Forward, Creative Sheffield and English Partnerships. The project, which is worth more than £100 million, will redefine the Sheaf Valley, within which it is situated.
It will deliver approximately 600,000 sq ft of prime office space in a range of building sizes along with approximatley 200 residential units. The reclamation of Phase One has already been completed and construction is advancing on the first two buildings |

- a 50,000 sq ft managed office building for start up and young companies (The Electric Works) and a speculative office building of a comparable size.
