| GMI have for a number of years, worked on a range of development projects with Walsall Football Club. They provided the Club with the Bescott Stadium back in 1990 and subsequently added a further stand, providing capacity for 11,500 fans. The current home of the Football Club is on the land previously used as water treatment works, which GMI purchased from Severn Trent Property. |

More recently, GMI have developed a 120 room Ramada Hotel at the Football Club which was completed and open for business in 2006.
